Thank you for you interest in a dealer account with Skogen's Gun Supply. Please follow the instructions below, and we will try to have your account set up within 24 to 48 hours.

1. Create an account with through the "Create Account" link on the top right side of the page. Please use the same email address you put down in this form.

2. Please ensure all information matches what is on your FFL and SOT.

3. Please ensure all documents requested are added to the form prior to submission. Any missing documents may delay the account creation process. SOT is only needed if you possess it and wish to have the ability to purchase NFA items.

4. We will notify you via email, once your account is upgraded to dealer status.
